The Role:
As an Adoptions Engineer/Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful handover of completed works to local authorities and statutory bodies. * Supporting the delivery team with technical guidance on adoption requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an Adoptions Engineer/Coordinator role, ideally within the residential groundworks or housing sector.
* Strong understanding of Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work across multiple sites and liaise effectively with all parties involved in the adoption process.
* A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
What’s On Offer:
* A competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
* Clear progression routes within a growing company.
* Opportunity to work with a respected subcontractor in the residential groundworks sector.
* Ongoing professional development and training.
* Be part of a supportive team on long-term, high-quality projects.
* A stable and secure role within a well-established subcontractor.
If you are looking for a role where your skills will be recognised and you’ll have the chance to grow within a thriving company, we’d love to hear from you.
