Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Bridgend area.
A great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers uncapped earnings, that's not to be missed!
Working hours:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Every other Saturday
Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:
3. £20,000 - £27,500 Basic
4. £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
5. Company Car
6. Work from home
7. Career progression
Valuer requirements:
8. Highly experienced within property sales
9. Be motivated and driven
10. Good knowledge of the local area
11. Great communication skills both written and verbal
12. Excellent customer service skills
13. A full and clean UK driving license
Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
14. Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
15. Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
16. Engage and support customers throughout their journey
17. Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
