* Care Act 2014 responsibilities
* Mental Health Act 1983
* Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Working on policy documents
* Defending section 21A challenges
* Ordinary residence disputes
About the role
This is an ideal role for a lawyer already experienced in local government ASC work and cases, or possibly an adult specialist from a private practice background seeking to break into Public Sector law. The role can be worked on a 4 or 5 day basis and this client allows remote working for the duration of the assignment. All necessary IT will be provided by the end client.
