Business Analyst

Overall Purpose of the Role:
As a Business Analyst within our Global Transaction Banking team, you will act as the vital link between operational business areas and project delivery. Your primary focus is to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements while navigating a shifting methodology landscape (Agile/Waterfall).
This is a Functional BA role, meaning you will focus on operational requirements and business processes rather than pure system architecture. You will be responsible for ensuring that all solutions are robust, compliant with risk and control frameworks, and aligned with our Target Operating Model (TOM).
Key Accountabilities:
1. Requirement Elicitation: Lead workshops to extract complex requirements from stakeholders who may not yet have a clear vision of their needs. You will be expected to challenge assumptions and recommend changes based on operational necessity.
2. Agile Documentation: Author high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria within Jira and Confluence, ensuring they are ready for development and testing.
