Ethica Diamonds is an award‑winning ethical jewellery house specialising in lab‑grown diamonds and responsibly sourced metals. We craft beautiful, sustainable pieces and make luxury jewellery that doesn’t cost the earth.
Your Responsibilities
As our Sales & Customer Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of how we connect with customers, both online and in person. You will:
* Respond professionally and promptly to email, live chat, and phone enquiries.
* Book, manage, and host consultations (online and in our showroom).
* Hold bespoke design consultations.
* Lead day‑to‑day operations of the shop, creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable environment.
* Work closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth handover from enquiry to fulfilment.
* Be an ambassador of Ethica’s values in every client conversation.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven background in luxury retail management or customer experience is essential.
* Jewellery industry experience would be beneficial but not essential - you understand gemstones, diamonds (especially lab‑grown ethical stones), metals, and sales processes.
* Bespoke design background or the confidence to guide clients through custom design commissions. Full training will be provided but experience would be welcomed.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable handling multiple communication channels (email, chat, phone).
* Organised, proactive, and confident running shop and consultations.
* Someone committed to growing with the business long term, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed and contribute to its continued development.
* A warm personality and passion for delivering exceptional client service.
