Senior Business Analyst with exposure across digital transformation projects within Financial Services is required by a market-leading organisation, based flexibly from Swindon (~2-3 days/ week onsite).
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the strategic link between project teams, business stakeholders, and technology, leading the analysis of complex change initiatives and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. By collaborating closely across the organisation, you’ll ensure solutions align with real business needs and deliver measurable value. Working throughout the full project lifecycle, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping solutions, influencing decisions, and driving meaningful change.
You will support digital transformation initiatives by applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to manage evolving requirements and enable continuous delivery.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing members of the Business Analysis team, promoting best practice, and driving end-to-end process re‑engineering and continuous improvement across the business.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Excellent experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong skills in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
* Good understanding of business process analysis and re‑engineering.
* Experience with structured analysis and project delivery methodologies.
* Solid experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
* Ability & desire to develop Business Analysts and oversee BA disciplines, processes, and frameworks.
* Proven background working on projects alongside third-party vendors.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
Benefits
This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to £60,000 + 10% bonus and an excellent benefits package, based flexibly from Swindon.
