We are seeking a compassionate Office Administrator to join our team, ensuring smooth office operations and providing high-quality service and support to clients and care staff.
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in the efficient running of our office, supporting care services and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries from clients, families, and staff.
2. Maintain accurate records and staff schedules.
3. Support the finance team with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping.
4. Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized environment.
5. Provide administrative support to management.
6. Prepare and file confidential documents, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and confidentiality standards.
7. Assist in preparing reports for senior management, as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
* Genuine interest in the care industry and supporting high-quality care delivery.
