An established and design-led Design & Build practice is seeking an experienced Architect to join their growing team. The business specialises in unique, bespoke residential projects including new builds, substantial refurbishments and high-quality extensions, delivering multi-million-pound schemes through a fully integrated in-house service from concept to completion.

Role Overview
You will take a leading role in the design and delivery of bespoke residential projects, managing schemes from initial concept through planning, technical design and on-site coordination. Working closely with clients, consultants and an in-house construction team, you will ensure each project is both creatively ambitious and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects across all RIBA stages
Develop creative, practical and technically sound design solutions
Prepare planning applications, technical drawings and detailed construction packages
Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants and internal construction teams
Attend client meetings and present design proposals confidently
Undertake site visits to ensure design intent is delivered on site
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
About You
Qualified Architect with ARB registration
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within bespoke residential projects
Strong design flair combined with sound technical knowledge
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM experience advantageous)
Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
Detail-oriented, organised and commercially aware
