Are you an organised and proactive professional with school experience? GSL Education are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Attendance Officer to work across schools in the Chesterfield area. This role plays a key part in promoting student attendance, engagement, and welfare, particularly for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. About the Role: As an Attendance Officer, you will be instrumental in promoting positive attendance habits, identifying barriers to engagement, and supporting young people to return to and remain in education. You’ll work closely with school staff, families, and external agencies to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all pupils. This role is ideal for someone with a background in pastoral care, education welfare, or youth work, who is ready to make a difference.
