Responsibilities
* Drive adoption and knowledge of Optimisation solutions in ESS and the regions.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in constrained mathematical optimisation.
* Collaborate with regional GTM teams on sales opportunities, including pre‑sales support and client implementation support.
* Manage product planning for Optimize and other high‑profile global products, including PI processes and roadmap.
* Lead and coordinate Proof of Concept projects in Analytics, ensuring product and technical feasibility and determining product‑market fit for local markets.
* Collaborate with data science, infrastructure and technology teams to support PoC projects.
* Develop business cases for investing in new and existing analytics products, working with regional teams on market sizing, revenue potential and profitability, and securing funding and senior leadership support.
* Create global product and commercial materials such as sales collateral, pitch decks, RFP responses and client proposals.
* Partner with regional teams to secure initial beta clients and scale products, acting as both an individual contributor and a leader of a matrix team of marketing, technical and delivery specialists.
* Identify suitable early‑adopter clients and build strong cross‑functional relationships across teams delivering AIS to clients.
Qualifications
* Product management experience gained from Financial Services, Technology/Telecoms, or Management Consulting, with a track record in applying analytics to address practical problems.
* Strong analytics background, including model lifecycle and technical deployment.
* Experience deploying and delivering mathematical optimisation solutions in credit risk, marketing and collections.
* Experience driving product vision, design, roadmap and go‑to‑market discussions.
* Experience working with commercial materials, client proposals and business cases.
* Comfortable driving daily business, technical and design direction.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and their application in product and software development.
* Familiarity with data science methodologies and techniques, particularly Machine Learning, is desirable.
