A day in the life of…
As a Food & Beverage Host, you will greet guests arriving for meetings and events, ensuring everything is set up as planned. Throughout the day, you’ll assist with guest inquiries, coordinate with various hotel teams, and ensure that events run smoothly. You will work closely with our events and operations teams to deliver the highest standard of service. You will report directly to the Meetings and Events Sales team to ensure seamless management of guest needs and event logistics.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients, guests, and attendees at the M&E Host Desk.
* Provide accurate information about event details, locations, and hotel services.
* Assist in managing and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly.
* Prepare table plans, name cards, menus, and support sales and marketing teams.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Meetings and Events (M&E) Sales Director.
This is a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on business needs.
