Position Reporting Line: Sales Manager for the Product Groups.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Support the LV Motors Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in the assigned area. Increase business by supporting the Sales team with product and market knowledge. Main responsibilities include:
* Participating in sales strategy discussions, setting goals, and delivering sales targets.
* Analyzing customer needs, aligning offers, and ensuring effective marketing actions.
* Providing technical support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations, including product/solution training.
* Building long-term customer relationships and managing specific customer cases.
* Analyzing lost proposals to improve future competitiveness.
* Performing status reviews and proposing recovery plans for potential order shortfalls.
* Utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer relationships and track interactions.
Qualifications
* HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering.
* Understanding of LV Motors in industry.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Business acumen.
* Experience in external sales roles.
* Strong presentation and networking skills.
* Experience working with consultants and contractors.
* Knowledge of MV & Nema Motor Products.
