Thesuccessfulcandidatewillactasthefirstpointofcontactfornewandexistingclients,handlingenquiriesinallthreelanguages.Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringthatclientinformationisaccuratelycapturedandthateachenquiryismanagedefficientlyandwithcare.
KeyResponsibilities
ClientCommunication: Answerincomingcallsandemails,providingclearandprofessionalinformationin English,LithuanianandRussian ,dependingonclientneeds.
AttendanceTaking: RecordaccuratedetailsofclientenquiriesandattendancenotesfortheFirstResponseTeam,ensuringinformationisloggedcorrectly.
ClientSupport: Assistclientswithinitialqueriesanddirectthemtotheappropriatedepartmentorlegalteammember.
CaseAdministration: Updatecasemanagementsystemswithrelevantclientdataandmaintainaccurateandconfidentialrecords.
TeamCoordination: Workcloselywithcolleaguestoensureasmoothclientjourneyandseamlesshandoverofinformation.
Compliance: Ensureallcommunicationanddatahandlingmeetthefirmscomplianceandconfidentialitystandards.
