Your new role Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in Xero. Manage queries and maintain good supplier relationships. Reconcile all group bank accounts on a daily basis. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. Act as the primary liaison with the outsourced payroll provider. Assist in ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing. Reconcile PAYE, VAT, and CIS liabilities. Assist in ensuring timely submissions and payments. Assist with month-end processes, including preparation of journals, accruals, and reporting packs as required. Manage the vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules, insurance, servicing, parking permits, and penalty notices. Oversee procurement of office supplies and services to support an effective working environment. Assist in issuing employment contracts, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR records.
