About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, safety, and customer service.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operations align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all warehouse activities, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
2. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in line with customer expectations
3. Optimise warehouse layout, workflows, and stock locations to improve efficiency
4. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stocktakes
5. Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and service levels
