Forrest Recruitment LTD is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organization seeking a Customer Service Administrator to cover a 12-month maternity leave. Immediate start available.
Location: Runcorn (WA7)

Key Responsibilities:
* Raise quotations, orders, and pro-forma invoices and process them through Nav.
* Assist with queries and liaise with relevant personnel to resolve them.
* Assist in covering reception and greeting visitors.
* Prepare for and participate in daily and weekly update meetings.
* Raise invoices and credit notes.
* Maintain good customer relations.
* Assist with switchboard coverage occasionally.
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in Customer Service & Administration.
* Experience in manufacturing is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
* Strong IT, numeracy, and organizational skills.
* Good telephone manner.
* Self-motivated and adaptable.
* Ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
