This is an exceptional prospect for an ambitious, values-driven leader to shape a new provision from the ground up.About the RoleWe are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to lead our independent specialist school supporting SEND and SEMH pupils, initially in KS4. You will work in close partnership with Edintervention’s Director of Education to ensure our therapeutic ethos, relational practice, and commitment to inclusive, aspirational education is embedded in everything we do.The successful candidate will:• Provide strong, visionary leadership across the provision• Further develop and lead an already established high-performing staff team• Cultivate and embed an ambitious, well-sequenced curriculum• Ensure outstanding safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing systems• Use data and evidence to drive improvement from day one• Develop meaningful partnerships with families, external agencies and the community• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted’s recently revised framework (ISS school standards compliance)About YouWe welcome applications from leaders with experience in specialist SEMH/therapeutic settings, AP, or strong SEND leadership in mainstream.
