About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer‑driven individual to work as part of a team of evangelists for Digital Collaboration engagement and support across TVG.

Promote the adoption of collaboration tools across TVG, driving innovation, researching new technologies and new features within the digital collaboration space.

Digital Collaboration Analysts combine creativity, technical expertise and confident communication to help colleagues get the most out of our digital tools. They design and deliver engaging, digital‑first content such as how‑to guides, videos and interactive resources that make technology simple, accessible and relevant. Confident in training and presenting, they support and educate colleagues across the business, from frontline teams to SMT, GLT and executive members when required, adapting their approach to suit different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Adoption and utilisation of digital collaboration tools across the TVG estate.
* Support Digital Champions by providing clear escalation routes into the Tech Bar for recurring or high‑impact issues, simple and ready‑to‑use communications, early visibility of upcoming changes, pilots and new features to gather feedback, ongoing support, check‑ins and collaboration.
* Escalate issues to the Tech Bar and Digital Collaboration Lead when necessary.
* Provide additional user guides and training when required, delivering creative and engaging content in digital formats such as videos and process maps.
* Build new tools using Office 365 (requests, SharePoint pages, Teams pages, Power Apps and intranet pages) and keep up to speed with technical currency.
* Work closely with People and Communications teams to underpin their strategy.
* Engage professionally with senior stakeholders (SMT, GLT and executive members), demonstrating tools, presenting adoption insights and supporting senior leaders directly with digital ways of working.
* Own the utilisation of Digital Collaboration tools for Tech, manage updates and new functionality, showcase new features through hints, tips and Viva Engage, and promote them via Digital Champions.
* Attend events on upcoming changes to tools, contribute to the roadmap for future enhancements and ensure no shadow Tech practices in local tribes.
* Develop new engagement ideas for all digital collaboration tools and promote continuous improvements for colleagues.
* Meet with tribes to offer relevant digital collaboration solutions to their problems.
* Showcase tool usage, support adoption, create user guides, conduct training and creative sessions, develop videos for easy playback, promote weekly hints and tips, grow Tech support hub usage, and recruit/support Digital Champions to enable self‑support.

Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of web‑based technologies including collaboration tools.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
* Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and technologies.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment; superb organisational and communication skills.
* Appetite to grow and develop the role.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
* Basic understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems.
* Basic understanding of Adobe suite.
* Basic experience with Tech End‑User and Mobile technologies.
* Competency with one‑to‑one training and group presentations.
* Competency creating user guides, videos and documentation to encourage self‑help.
* Ability to present ideas in user‑friendly language.

Benefits

* Flexible, hybrid working model.
* Inclusive culture and environment – see our reviews on Glassdoor.
* £250 flexible benefits allowance.
* 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Udemy learning access.
* Bonus potential (performance and business‑related).
* Up to 25% discount on Very.co.uk.
* Matched pension up to 6%.
* More benefits can be found on our career site.
