Deputy Clinic Manager
Are you committed to delivering patient-orientated, highquality care? Do you have the expertise to provide specialised nursingguidance and advice? Can you work with others to maintain performance?
In a modern, well-equipped environment with amulti-disciplinary approach to care, you will provide the operationalmanagement to ensure that the service is patient-led and performing well. Youwill allocate resources effectively, oversee the training and development ofstaff and play a part in delivering care plans for individual patients. Bypromoting a culture of innovation and a passion for care, you will ensure thatyour clinic meets the needs of every patient.
Main duties of the job
Your skill set will be a 1st or 2nd level nurseregistered with the NMC with either formal renal nursing qualification orsubstantial Haemodialysis experience. Additionally, you will also haveexperience of managing others, counselling patients and understanding the roleof the Care Quality Commission.

Worcester Dialysis Unit operates 20 haemodialysisstations, serving up to 100 patients, in partnership with Queen ElizabethUniversity Hospital Birmingham (QEUHB) using only the latest equipment.Nursing is planned at a ratio 1:4 patients, and you will be supported byHCAs on each shift.
This is a full time role of hours a week.Current days are working various shifts Monday, Wednesday, Friday to and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday to
