Requirements Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance. Monitor and record residents' health and behavior changes and report to the nursing staff. Engage residents in activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the care environment. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Respect the dignity and privacy of each resident at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience in a care home setting. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work compassionately and effectively with older adults and individuals with diverse needs. Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
