We’re seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead a busy sales team for a well-established manufacturing company in East London. You’ll inspire your team to exceed targets, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer service — while providing strong administrative support to the wider Sales division.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the team to deliver first-class customer service.
2. Ensure KPIs are met and processes are followed across departments.
3. Drive improvements to policies, systems, and procedures.
4. Coach and train sales coordinators, monitoring performance and attendance.
5. Collaborate with the Sales Director and key stakeholders to meet business goals.
What we’re looking for:
6. 2+ years in a similar role (manufacturing/engineering preferred).
7. Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
8. Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
9. Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
10. Skilled in stakeholder management, building productive relationships with internal and external partners to align objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
