About the Team:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand to bring customers the best in clinical aesthetics combined with home use technology.
About the Role:
· Provide exceptional front-of-house client support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
· Manage client bookings, scheduling, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
· Maintain up-to-date and organized records in line with company policies and standards.
· Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation.
· Contribute to delivering a seamless, high-end client experience aligned with the company’s luxury service standards.
Candidate Requirements:
· Previous experience in front-of-house, client services, or administrative support roles, ideally within a luxury or professional environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Integrity and discretion when handling confidential client or company information.
