Education Recruitment Consultant - SEN Desk - Start Date - ASAP. This role blends sales, recruitment, and education to drive impact in Bristol. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Bristol team, working with SEN Schools in and around Bristol, Bath and Gloucestershire.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Winning business - outbound sales calls, pitching services, and meeting schools regularly to deliver exceptional service to educators and education institutions.
* Building relationships - with schools and educators, becoming a trusted recruitment partner and an integral part of clients’ recruitment operations.
* Sourcing talent - finding, vetting, and matching educators to schools to positively impact students’ lives.
* Managing a desk - driving performance by hitting revenue, placement, and activity targets, while developing commercial and operational acumen and earning commission.
* Making an impact - supporting schools with staff to make a real difference in classrooms.
What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle - regular school visits (minimum weekly); fuel reimbursed on miles. Applicants without a full UK Driving Licence will be considered based on location and logistics.
* Sales experience - ideally from agency recruitment, B2B, or B2C; transferable sales ability considered.
* Target-driven mindset - thrives in a high-performance culture and motivated by goals and impact.
* Resilience and tenacity - proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable meeting clients in person.
* People Centricity - ability to build rapport with headteachers, senior stakeholders, and teachers.
* Balance Reactivity with Proactivity - know when to respond quickly and when to provide long-term strategic solutions.
