We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised People Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality People & OD service across the organisation.
This role sits at the heart of the employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records and engagement activity. You’ll play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and colleagues receive a responsive and professional service.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity, including adverts, candidate communication and pre-employment checks
2. Managing onboarding processes, preparing documentation and setting up employee records
3. Supporting payroll processes, including maintaining accurate data and processing changes
4. Coordinating employee exit processes and updating systems and records
5. Supporting pension administration, including auto-enrolment and scheme notifications
6. Assisting with training coordination, Learning Management System administration and employee engagement activities
7. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
8. Monitoring and responding to queries through the People inbox
9. Providing administrative support to People projects and formal processes, including note taking
10. Contributing to continuous improvement of People processes and services.
