Key responsibilities: Own day-to-day marketing execution - keeping campaigns, content, and communications running smoothly and on schedule. Build simple, smart marketing systems and workflows that help a growing team move fast and stay aligned. Oversee creative output across social, email, and digital - maintaining brand consistency and quality at every touchpoint. Get hands-on with asset creation: from social content and email campaigns to sales decks and storytelling. Connect marketing, sales, and leadership through clear frameworks, reporting, and OKR tracking. Keep marketing assets organised and accessible, bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. Key requirements: A self-starter who thrives in lean, entrepreneurial settings - you make things happen. Exceptionally organised, with a knack for turning ideas into action.
