Store Manager
We are currently looking for a dedicated, professional, and experienced Manager with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude to provide excellent customer service.
We are looking for an energetic Manager to lead and develop the Bubble Tea team. A Manager, who will set shop objectives that not only achieve but succeed in company targets. This could be a great opportunity for someone with management experience at Assistant Manager level in the hospitality sector to take their next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the store including scheduling, sales, and customer service whilst regularly reporting to the area manager.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
* Help resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Be a part of the team and work with other stores as needed.
* Maintain a positive attitude and work with integrity.
* Identify and develop potential team members for advancement.
* Disciplinaries, absences and sicknesses.

Qualifications/Skills:
* Previous experience in retail or food service in a restaurant setting.
* Passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Responsible for maintaining open communication and onging training with team members.
* Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
