Why this role matters
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the Energy Division's marketing function and set the strategic direction for brands including LASER, Lumina, and LASER Education. You’ll be a key member of the Senior Management Team, driving integrated marketing that supports business growth, builds brand leadership and inspires a talented team to deliver exceptional results.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead the development and execution of a three-year marketing vision that builds brand reach and awareness across multiple brands.
* Plan and deliver a fully integrated annual marketing plan covering digital, PR, events, video and thought leadership.
* Oversee marketing performance through clear KPIs and ensure all activity delivers measurable ROI.
* Drive innovation through CRM and automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights).
* Develop campaigns that engage public sector audiences and generate high quality leads.
* Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Service Delivery teams to launch new services and offerings.
* Manage, coach and develop a high performing marketing team.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners to maximise impact.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience leading a marketing team, ideally within energy, sustainability, or public sector markets.
* Strong understanding of digital channels and emerging marketing technologies.
* Confident using CRM and automation systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
* Track record of delivering commercial growth through strategic marketing.
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing budgets and setting performance metrics.
* Collaborative leadership style that fosters creativity and accountability.
* Ambitious, forward-thinking and passionate about driving change towards net zero.
