We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive operational excellence, process transformation, and data-led decision-making across cross-functional initiatives.
What You’ll Do
* Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and operations.
* Translate data and insights into compelling business stories and opportunities.
* Collaborate with Service Design, UX, and CX teams to bridge business, design, and technology.
* Develop documentation, business cases, and impact models to guide transformation initiatives.
* Align qualitative research with quantitative validation for strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring
* 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Operations, or Transformation Consulting.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in process modeling and data visualization tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Bonus Points
* Experience in efficiency or transformation programs within consulting or enterprise environments.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process re-engineering methodologies.
* Exposure to design-led innovation and collaboration with Service Design or UX teams.
* Interest in AI, automation, or ROI modeling for business impact.
