Job Description
3. Raising and issuing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
4. Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring payments are received on schedule
5. Chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email
6. Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
7. Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies or queries
8. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in the accounting system
9. Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
10. Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
11. Previous experience in a sales ledger, accounts receivable, or similar finance role
12. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
13. Good organisational and time management skills
14. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
