Role Overview
As part of our Procurement & Supply Chain function, you’ll lead a team of procurement professionals to deliver goods and services that support the operational needs of our crew and guests. Your responsibilities include
* Leading strategic sourcing activities including market analysis, supplier negotiations and contracts.
* Driving procurement savings against targets and ensuring accurate reporting of cost metrics.
* Building strong relationships across the business and influencing senior‑level decision makers.
* Coaching and developing a team to deliver customer service and best‑practice procurement processes.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in category management and sourcing strategy development.
* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts and SLAs.
* In‑depth knowledge of purchasing systems and processes, with strong MS Excel skills.
* Ability to lead teams through change and deliver measurable improvements.
* Clear communication and strategic thinking skills.
* Experience in a high‑volume, global procurement environment (desired).
