Morson Edge are currently working with a major player in the Energy Sector, who have a current requirement for a Commercial Lead to join their established team on a nationally significant infrastructure Project in Somerset. This is CONTRACT position - INSIDE IR35.
Overview:
* The Commercial Lead is responsible for managing a commercial team in the successful delivery of all pre and post contract commercial issues relating to a portfolio of contracts Project.
* The Commercial Lead will typically be responsible for a contract(s) up to £2bn in value subject to level of risk or complexity, The Commercial Lead will typically lead a commercial team of up to 10.
Typical Activities
1. Lead a commercial team of up to 10 to manage a portfolio of contracts
2. Lead on a major site installation contract (Framatome) with critical importance for the project
3. Ensuring that all Principal Accountabilities for the Commercial Team are implemented in accordance with Site/Project commercial procedures
