About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-weight Graphic Designer specialising in Ad Media to join our growing creative performance marketing team. You will work closely with our senior team members to create high-converting advertising assets while learning to contribute to strategic creative initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Production
1. Design and produce high-converting advertising assets across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other priority platforms
2. Create dynamic product ads, video creatives, carousel ads, and display advertisements under guidance
3. Execute A/B testing programs and optimise creatives based on performance data and senior direction
4. Produce seasonal campaign assets and promotional advertising materials following established creative strategies
5. Adapt and maintain brand guidelines for performance marketing applications
6. Work collaboratively with copywriters to integrate compelling messaging with visual design
7. Support creative production timelines across multiple campaigns
Learning & Development
8. Learn and apply creative testing frameworks and optimization methodologies
9. Contribute to the development of scalable creative processes with senior team guidance
10. Stay current with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices
11. Participate in creative performance analysis and contribute insights for optimisation
12. Support the establishment of creative best practices for the organisation
Collaboration & Support
13. Work closely with Performance Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and execute creative briefs
14. Collaborate with senior designers on creative strategy and concept development
15. Present creative work and incorporate feedback from stakeholders with support from senior team
16. Assist with creative performance reporting and optimization recommendations
Technical Skills
17. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
18. Growing experience with motion graphics and video editing for social media ads
19. Understanding of digital advertising formats and platform specifications
20. Basic knowledge of HTML5 banner creation and display advertising
21. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch
22. Interest in learning creative automation and dynamic creative optimization
23. Understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics
Platform Experience
24. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising formats
25. Knowledge of Google Ads (Display, Shopping, YouTube) creative requirements
26. Familiarity with TikTok for Business and emerging social platforms
27. Understanding of Pinterest Business and shopping ads
28. Willingness to learn new platforms and ad formats as they emerge

Requirements
38. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred)
39. 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising design or performance marketing
40. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and some performance marketing experience
41. Experience supporting e-commerce advertising and product-focused creative
42. Understanding of fashion and luxury brand aesthetics
43. Knowledge of basic advertising regulations and platform policies
44. Interest in creative testing methodologies and performance analysis
45. Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with support from senior team
