Supporting our Head of Training, General Managers and Operations Managers, you will play a key role in learning and development across our Front of House teams. From delivering inductions and supporting new restaurant openings to coaching managers and developing future leaders, youll help create a positive learning culture across the business.
This is a hands-on, field-based role involving regular travel across our restaurants, giving you the opportunity to work closely with teams and support the continued growth of Pho.
Key tasks
* Deliver engaging inductions and training sessions for new and existing team members
* Manage and coordinate training programmes, events and learning activities
* Support the onboarding and training of teams for new restaurant openings
* Coordinate and oversee Management in Training (MIT) programme
* Coach FOH managers and teams to improve performance, confidence and operational standards
* Conduct regular site visits to support food knowledge, training and development
* Monitor training completion, compliance and engagement across the business
* Maintain and continuously improve training materials, SOPs and digital learning resources
* Support the rollout of new business initiatives and operational projects
