What you will do
* Lead and manage a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
* Deliver high standards of patient care while ensuring compliance with CQC Standards.
* Be responsible for staff rostering and maintain optimal staffing levels.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
* Engage in change management and contribute to the hospital’s continuous improvement.
* Implement the Ramsay ‘Speaking Up for Safety’ programme to ensure a safe clinical environment.
What you\'ll bring with you
* Registration with the NMC and full compliance.
* Proven experience in clinical supervision and as a Ward Nurse.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and implement change.
* Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent care.
* A good working knowledge of CQC Standards and the ability to make sound decisions.
