Overview
Development Chef role bringing passion and creativity to the team. Build strong, effective relationships across key internal functions to support development activity. Manage and support the team to deliver development projects to high standards. Oversee hospitality for customer and senior stakeholder visits, providing professional and responsive support as required. Present products to internal and external stakeholders with culinary expertise, creativity, and passion; respond constructively to feedback and take appropriate action.
Responsibilities
* Contributes to the customer pipeline through creative, commercially viable product and process ideas; translates food trends into relevant development and supports sector-led innovation.
* Understands operational capabilities and maintains awareness of wider business activity.
* Ensures the development kitchen is maintained to a consistently high standard.
* Delivers NPD and EPD to agreed quality standards and timelines, applying commercial insight to identify margin improvement opportunities.

* Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry, ideally in an FMCG environment.
* Creative and passionate about food, demonstrating flair and finesse in culinary work.
* Resilient and tenacious, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* A natural team player, confident in engaging across the business and presenting to customers.
* Strong alignment with company values and a commitment to delivering high standards in all aspects of the role.
