About the role Part of the Research & Development Planning & Resource Management (R&D PRM Integrate) pillar which is part of Insights to Impact R&D Development Solutions. Working closely with the other two pillars that are part of the Planisware (internally called “Integrate”). Supporting across the organization i.e. Supply & Technology Solutions (S&TS) and IT. What you’ll do Provide functional support to the R&D users of Integrate ( Planisware at UCB). Share and educate our stakeholders around Project Management best practices. Be part of the product team, managing the lifecycle of Integrate Train the Integrate R&D users Lead or coordinate transversal initiatives around process improvements or Integrate deployments Be curious and network Who you’ll work with Support R&D Integrate users Project Managers, Expenditure & Resource Planners Plan owners/editors Resource Managers QC Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills Experience with Planning and Time tracking tools preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge or at least exposure to Planisware. Experience using SAP is also advantageous.
