Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role located in South West England and South Wales for an Area Sales Manager in our Window Solutions division. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating with the sales team, providing product expertise, and organizing presentations or events to promote REHAU’s innovative window solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and business development skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
* Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account management
* Knowledge of the window and construction industry, particularly PVCu window systems, is a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
* Flexibility to travel within the designated area
