Salary: £31,904 – £40,233 per annum

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced general construction practitioner to support entry-level and level 1 learners in the construction industry. The role offers an opportunity to influence and train the next generation of construction specialists, making a positive impact on young people and their communities through high-quality training, guidance, and pastoral support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and mentor Entry Level and Level 1 learners as they begin their construction careers.
* Deliver high‑quality training, guidance and pastoral support.
* Work with local businesses and industry partners to ensure qualifications and curriculum meet industry needs.
* Collaborate with a supportive, tight‑knit team within the Technology faculty.
* Assist with the development and delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in general construction, brickwork, groundworks, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, or technical/professional construction.
* Ability to engage with learners and foster a supportive learning environment.
* Commitment to safeguarding and the provision of a safe learning space.
