You'll join our Global Information Services (GIS) team, helping keep projects on track and governance running smoothly. Think of it as the backbone of IT – making sure everything is organised, compliant, and efficient.
You'll learn how major IT projects are delivered, get hands-on experience with governance frameworks, and build real-world skills that will set you up for an exciting long-term career in tech and business analysis.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work towards your Business Analyst Level 4 qualification while gaining real-world experience. Around 80% of your time will be on the job, and 20% focused on learning.
Here's what you'll get involved in:
* Organising governance meetings and keeping everything running smoothly.
* Tracking decisions and actions so projects stay on track.
* Supporting audits, compliance checks, and documentation updates.
* Pulling together project reports and dashboards for leadership.
* Gathering data for KPIs and contributing to monthly performance reports.
* Supporting governance communications and working with teams across the business.
You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, receive guidance when you need it, and gain exposure to a wide range of IT and business disciplines.
What You'll Need
* 2 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths.
* You must hold a Level 3 qualification (preferably in Business or STEM) or 3 A Levels
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office tools.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* An interest in tech, governance, and building a long-term career in IT.
Important Eligibility Information
Please note that for successful applicants, offers will be conditional on passing additional eligibility checks with our training provider. These checks include a Maths and English assessment and a review of any previous qualifications you hold.
Due to apprenticeship funding requirements, applicants must not already hold a BA (Hons) in Business Management, a BSc (Hons) in Computing & IT & Business, or an equivalent qualification. To be eligible for this programme, you must hold a Level 3 qualification (preferably in Business or STEM) and have GCSEs in English and Maths.
