The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who brings a proven track record of success in 360 recruitment and established expertise in their chosen market. You’ll have the freedom to develop your desk within your area of specialism, backed by a supportive leadership team and the resources to help you succeed. As the business continues to expand, this role also offers a clear pathway into leadership and divisional management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow a profitable desk within your area of expertise.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from winning new business through to successful candidate placement.
* Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor for their recruitment needs.
* Source, attract, and interview candidates across temporary, contract, and permanent positions.
* Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and candidate packages.
* Contribute to the growth and direction of the business, with potential to mentor junior consultants as the team expands.
About You
* Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant, with expertise in your chosen sector.
* Strong client development skills and a well-established network.
* A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated by both personal success and business growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
