MTrec Commercial is proudly representing our industry-leading client in their search for an experienced Project Coordinator. The Role you will be doing
* Set up and manage SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and SOP libraries
* Build and maintain MS Planner boards, action logs, and task ownership flows
* Assist with data collation, benefits tracking, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates
* Coordinate meetings, prepare packs, and ensure smooth progress of actions
* Act as a key liaison between the Logistics Manager and other departments (Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Communications, etc.)
* Help create structure from multiple moving parts
* Transform vision into actionable execution
* Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm
About you
* Strong administrative skills
* Previous project coordination, organizational, and administrative experience
* Proficiency in MS365 (Planner, SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Excel, Word, Power BI) is essential
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising across departments
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Creative mindset
* Ability to translate vision into action
* Full UK driving license required
* Ability to influence others to maintain momentum
* Capable of following instructions and executing tasks accordingly
