We are actively sourcing an elite Registered Nurse to provide uncompromising, 1:1 medical care for a highly distinguished 80-year-old VIP. This premier role empowers you to practice pure, patient-focused, concierge-level medicine while cruising a spectacular Mediterranean itinerary, navigating the azure waters toward breathtaking, exclusive destinations such as the secluded bays of Ponza, the historic shores of Ithaca, and the pristine Pakleni Islands.

The Team World-class medical intervention at sea demands unparalleled teamwork. You will integrate seamlessly into a bespoke, fully resourced, multidisciplinary medical unit residing permanently onboard the luxury vessel. The overarching clinical strategy is masterfully directed by our Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate daily with expert Physiotherapists alongside a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety Patient safety and the clinical well-being of our medical staff are our uncompromising priorities. A strict double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced onboard. This vital safety infrastructure guarantees you are never managing acute care scenarios in isolation, providing immediate clinical peer support and fostering a sustainable, fatigue-free environment during both active rotations and remote navigational passages.

The Process We deeply respect the demanding nature of your current clinical schedule in the Highlands. To ensure maximum discretion, flexibility, and efficiency, the initial screening and interview phase will be conducted entirely via a secure online platform. You can comfortably advance through the preliminary stages of our rigorous selection process from your own home in Inverness, without any initial need for travel.




Requirements

Requirements To be considered for this highly competitive maritime medical role, candidates must demonstrate:

* Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

* Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of rigorous, high-acuity clinical experience (Strictly limited to ICU, ER, or A&E).

* Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Crucial for precise clinical documentation and seamless medical communication).

* Attributes: Unwavering discretion, clinical confidence in dynamic and remote environments, and an immaculate professional bedside manner suited for a high-net-worth principal.
