Fast Fit Technician / Supervisor Required for Car Garage Group!
Pay: Up to £31,900 Basic with £40,000 Realistic on target earnings
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
Are you an experienced Fast Fit Technician looking to step into a supervisory or management role? We are recruiting for a dedicated Fast Fit Technician / Supervisor to join a reputable car garage group located in Great Bookham. Duties:
13. Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including line management responsibilities
14. Handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
15. Supporting the team in achieving business targets and service excellence
16. Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stock audits
17. Providing hands-on workshop assistance when required
18. Contributing to a customer-focused environment and maintaining high service standards
Candidate spec:
19. Proven experience within the fast-fit tyre and exhaust industry
20. Ability to step into workshop roles and assist colleagues as needed
21. Strong leadership qualities and team player mentality
22. Excellent customer service skills
23. Willingness to develop skills further through training and qualifications
24. Reliable and committed, with a positive attitude toward working hours and responsibilities
