Role: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities & Autism Services
Location: York
We’re partnering with a long-standing Yorkshire charity that supports adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to find a Registered Manager for services based out of York, with travel to Leeds and Easingwold.
This is a full-time role with a well-supported, values-driven organisation that has a strong history of person-centred care and community impact.
The role:
* Oversight of CQC-regulated supported living and residential services
* Staff recruitment, development, rota and performance management
* Leading quality audits, person-centred care planning and safeguarding
* Service development, family liaison, and multi-agency working
