We are seeking an Attendance Officer to sit at the heart of our safeguarding and pastoral systems, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and well‑regulated environment where every pupil can thrive. Responsibilities
* Lead on daily attendance, punctuality, and absence, ensuring every pupil is known, supported, and ready to learn.
* Be highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with pupils, families, and staff.
* Track patterns, interpret data, and work closely with pastoral and academic teams to drive excellent attendance and early intervention.
Salary and terms
This is a full‑time, term‑time only position with a full‑time equivalent (FTE) salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The pro‑rata salary for term‑time only working is £22,238–£25,944. All staff enjoy access to superb facilities and resources.
