The team will provide reception and administrative services to the MSK Outpatients Department, delivering high-quality patient care and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that clinical services are supported by an organized and efficient administrative system, including reception and clerical functions.
The individual will provide exemplary reception and clerical assistance to the MSK Administration Team, contributing to a comprehensive, high-quality, and responsive service within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a professional front-of-house service as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring high customer service standards aligned with the organisation's PROUD values.
2. Deliver comprehensive clerical support, including retrieving and preparing notes for clinics, filing patient information, arranging interpreters, booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments, and managing correspondence, photocopying, emailing, and telephone inquiries.
3. Maintain systems to ensure patient information is accurate, complete, and available when needed, adhering to quality standards.
