The role
As Regional Marketing Executive, you’ll be the go-to marketing partner for your region, turning national campaigns into memorable local experiences. Think open days, launch events, pop-ups, social activations and more — every day will be different, but each one will give you the chance to blend strategy with hands-on creativity.
Each piece of the puzzle is important, from a single social post through to a full-scale national marketing campaign, and you will be the eyes, ears, and organisational powerhouse of all things, marketing.
You’ll be a key part of their omnichannel approach, making sure every touchpoint — from a single social post to a large-scale campaign — works together to drive awareness, boost leasing, and create a seamless customer journey. Your role is to be the eyes and ears on the ground, making sure the brand connects, engages and excites at every opportunity.
What you’ll bring
Around 2–3 years’ marketing experience and an obsession for making campaigns land. You’ll know how to take an idea and run with it, whether that’s delivering slick digital campaigns or creating real-world experiences that grab attention.
A nose for data, a talent for organisation, and experience managing external agencies will all help you succeed. Most of all, you’ll be a natural communicator who thrives in a buzzing team and knows how to get people on board.
Experience in property, lifestyle or retail related sectors would be quite handy for this on, but most important, someone who’s good to be around & happy to get stuck in.
What’s on offer
A salary of up to £35,000 + bonus, hybrid working, and a benefits package that goes the extra mile. Add to that a culture that’s flat, non-hierarchical, and committed to developing and promoting from within — and you’ve got a role that ticks every box.
This is your chance to join a brand that’s growing fast, brimming with opportunity, and fuelled by creativity. If you want variety, challenge, and the chance to really make your mark, this could be it.
