The role
Credit Controller
- Location: Leigh
- Salary: £27,000 – £29,000
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established and growing business based in Leigh. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive finance team where you will play a key role in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments
- Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Producing and reviewing aged debt reports
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to manage credit risk
About You
- Previous experience within Credit Control or a similar finance role
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with cash allocation and reconciliations
- Good working knowledge of Excel
