Harrier House Care Home is our stunning, newly built 84-bed home in Hucknall, designed to deliver luxury, comfort, and exceptional care.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality residential and dementia care to residents in line with Adept Care Homes standards.
* Support residents with daily living activities during twilight shifts (16:00 – 21:00).
* Assist with mobility, personal care, nutrition, hydration, and comfort as required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated care.

What we are looking for
* Previous care experience (desirable)
* Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
* Positive and caring attitude (essential)
