Senior Sales Development Representative
Leeds City Centre | Hybrid
£30–35k base | £60k OTE (uncapped)

This is not a volume-dial SDR role.
You’ll join a high-performing SaaS sales team selling a complex marketing technology platform into marketing leaders. Deal sizes are larger, sales cycles are consultative, and quality matters more than quantity.

* 2–3 years sales experience (SDR/BDR or similar)
* Exposure to structured sales methods (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
* Comfortable selling into a marketing audience
* Metric-driven, self-aware, keen to improve
